CRG Real Estate Solutions, the real estate development group of Clayco, plans to build a 537,753-square-foot speculative distribution warehouse in Kinloch’s NorthPark business park.
The building will cost $30 million to build. American Realty Advisors is investing in the ownership with CRG. Terms of the ownership agreement between CRG and American Realty Advisors were not disclosed.
