Centene Corp. (NYSE: CNC) and Tenet Healthcare Corp. have agreed to a new three-year contract that will provide Centene and Health Net members with in-network access to Tenet hospitals, outpatient centers and employed physicians in 18 states.
Managed care provider Centene closed on its $6 billion acquisition of Health Net in March and the new agreement integrates both of the companies' insurance products into one contract, according to a release.
