HHC Atlantic, owner of the Seagate Hotel & Spa in Delray Beach, has purchased the former Hamlet Country Club for $11 million, the Sun Sentinel reports.
The Delray Beach property, which includes an 18-hole golf course designed by Joe Lee, restaurants and an eight-court tennis center, will become the Seagate Country Club.
