Developers have announced plans to build the Gale Boutique Hotel & Residences on a parcel of land near the Intracoastal Waterway between Las Olas and Sunrise boulevards in Fort Lauderdale.
The 96-room hotel and neighboring 128-unit condo building will cost roughly $120 million and is expected to start late this summer, the Miami Herald reports. The original Gale Hotel is on an active stretch of Collins Avenue in South Beach.
