The Related Group is breaking ground Wednesday on its 127-unit Town Center apartments project in Opa-locka designed to serve the elderly.
The company’s affordable housing division Related Urban, which Alberto Milo heads, is building the project.
The project is also being developed with the help of Willie Logan, president and CEO of the Opa-locka Community Development Corporation.
