PowerSchool Group LLC, a Folsom-based provider of information systems for school districts, has announced its fourth acquisition since November, bringing the total value of its deals to $100 million.
The deal is also PowerSchool's fourth since it was taken over by private equity firm Vista Equity Partners last year.
