‘Inspiring’ food will be on the menu at the Pennsylvania Convention Center in coming days.
The Art of Catering Food Conference, to be held Aug. 11-13, will bring in chefs, restaurant owners, caterers and other industry pros to discuss new techniques and “culinary creations,” according to the organizer, Catersource magazine and the International Caterers Association. The Baltimore-based association has 1,000 members.
