Wells Fargo & Co. said Friday that it has hired away a top lending executive from local rival TD Bank.
Darrel German has been hired as the business banking area manager for Greater Philadelphia/Delaware and Southern New Jersey. He will be responsible for managing the business banking teams — which serve small to mid-sized companies — in South Jersey, Philadelphia and northern and southern portions of the Delaware Valley.
At TD Bank, German served as a senior vice president for commercial lending/retail.…
