Sports 790am in Memphis has changed its affiliation from Fox Sports Radio to ESPN and is now going by the ‘ESPN 790AM’ moniker.
The 5,000-watt station, which carries the familiar WMC call letters, is part of the Entercom family of radio stations in Memphis. Sister stations include FM100, The River WRVR 104.5fm, Classic Hits 94.1 and 92.9FM/580AM ESPN Sportsradio.
The switch, for the moment, means ESPN has three radios stations in the Memphis market broadcasting its content.
