A franchisee of Chicago-based restaurant chain Sharks Fish and Chicken Inc. has leased the former Lavoro's at the heavily trafficked intersection of Summer Avenue and Sycamore View Road.
Hazim "Adam" Mahmoud, who owns the Sharks on Ridgeway near Winchester Road and five in Little Rock, leased the 2,400-square-foot building at 5849 Summer Ave., an outparcel of Sycamore Square Mall.
Steven Levy of Levy Commercial Realty LLC represented the landlord.
