A Louisville developer plans to build the latest in a series of warehouses on a nearly 15-acre site on Poplar Level Road and has tenants lined up for the facility.
Brian Lowe, an owner of Louisville-based developer Trajan LLC, has filed plans with Louisville Metro Government to build a 56,000-square-foot warehouse on 11 acres at 4607 Poplar Level Road.
