For about 70 years a group of local registered home builders, developers and contractors has been known as the Home Builders Association of Louisville.
That has changed.
The association changed its name to the Building Industry Association of Greater Louisville to reflect more accurately its membership base and changes in its organizational philosophy, according to a news release.
