Senate Bill 2 in the Kentucky General Assembly, which aims to reduce an estimated $30 billion in unfunded obligations to the state’s public pension systems, cleared the House State Government Committee.
As Business First reported, the bill, which passed the Senate 33-5 in early February, was amended several ways and now goes to the House for full consideration.
