BBVA Compass Bancshares Inc. has opened a commercial loan production office in downtown Columbus, headed by former Huntington Bancshares Inc. executive Steve Bennett.
The Birmingham, Ala.-based bank set up shop at 20 S. Third St. in temporary office space managed by Regus Plc.
