A Cincinnati-based publisher of educational materials has been sold to a competitor.
Dubuque, Iowa-based Kendall Hunt Publishing Co. has acquired RCL Benziger, a local publisher of Catholic educational materials.
RCL will continue to operate under its own name and maintain its operations in Cincinnati following the acquisition. Financial details of the deal weren’t released.
