Jamestown has the best-tasting water in Chautauqua County.
The Dunkirk-Fredonia Observer reports that the results are in from the annual water-tasting contest at Chautauqua Mall.
Jamestown was No. 1, based on votes from more than 100 participants. Fredonia was the runner-up.
Jamestown will go on to represent Chautauqua County in the regional water-tasting competition in Rochester in July.
