Prime Cos., a Cohoes, NY real estate developer, is poised to open its latest investment, the $10 million Pavilion Grand Hotel in Saratoga Springs.
The owners are seeking to create a New York City-styled boutique hotel vibe, with an intimate lobby, valet parking, a spa, fresh-pressed juice bar and a rooftop terrace.
The hotel is scheduled to open during the first week in May. It also features a full-service restaurant, Mingle on the Avenue.
