A Bothell insurance software company is expanding to Canada.
Vertafore announced this week it will acquire Keal Technology, a Canadian company that makes software for insurance brokers.
Terms of the deal were not released, but the companies said Keal will maintain its own brand and identity in the Canadian marketplace after the acquisition is complete. It is expected to close at the end of the month.
