Top Airlines of the World. The International Airline Industry growing at an annual rate of 7% in the last decade. The top ten airlines for the year 2016 are:

1  Emirates. Dubai’s Emirates has been declared the best airline of the world. Emirates provides best customer service through its largest fleet of (A 380s and Boeing 777) wide body aircraft and its state of the art flight entertainment system.

2   Qatar Airways. Discover the new height of luxury by flying with Qatar Airways to 150 destinations of the world. The state owned national flag carrier of Qatar operates a hub and spoke network.

3   Singapore Airlines. The best airline in Asia, Singapore Airline is the national flag carrier of Singapore. Singapore Airline operates with three airline subsidiaries. SilkAir functions regionally to secondary cities. Scoot and Tigerair operate as low cost Airlines.

4   Cathay Pacific. The national flag carrier of Hong Kong, Cathy Pacific has slipped one position from 2015. However, Cathy Pacific won the Best First Class Airline Lounge and World’s Best Airline Cabin Cleanliness awards in 2016.

5   ANA All Nippon Airways. Japans largest International Airline, ANA also received the awards for the Best Airline Staff Service in Asia and World’s Best Airport Services.

10 Lufthansa. Passenger transport is the largest operation of Lufthansa . Lufthansa is working with a multi-center strategy. Equity stakes in Brussels Airline adds to the strategic portfolio of Lufthansa.
