Team Immunity are throwing a Tribes: Ascend online tournament driven by iM System. The tournament is open with no limit on participating teams. The games are to be played over a month on weekends and proudly sponsored by Team Immunity, Intel and Hi-Rez Studios.

The tournament is open to the Oceanic region and will be played in the Oceanic region.

The format will be 7v7 CTF using the current Gameshrine ladder rules. The bracket seeds will be randomly generated and all games will be best of 3, using a double elimination bracket!

Hi-Rez Studios are an independent, privately held video game developer based in Alpharetta, Georgia. Founded in 2005 by Erez Goren and Todd Harris, they released their first game, in February 2010. They are perhaps best known for developing Global Agenda and Tribes Ascend.

Team Immunity is Australia's premier multi-gaming eSports team. Based in Melbourne, Australia and founded in July 2003 - Team Immunity was Australia's first professional multi-gaming team. And is comprised of players from a wide range of 'electronic Sports'.

The term 'eSports' is used to describe video gaming at a highly professional level. To excel at eSports requires superb hand-eye co-ordination, teamwork, finely tuned audio/visual senses, but most of all - dedication and practice.

Streaming of the games will be done live at the Twitch.tv channel by iM System, and VODs will be uploaded to Youtube .

Rules:

- Gameshrine Ladder Competition Rules

- Game type will be 7v7 Capture the Flag

- Round 1 matches will start on Drydock, Round 2 will be Katabatic, Round 3 will be Arx Novena and Finals will be Crossfire. The losing team will choose the next map for the series.

- The tournament is a Double Elimination bracket, with seeds being generated randomly. All rounds will be Best of 3

- Any disputes can be directed towards the admins who hold the final call and any abuse towards them can cause your team be disqualified from the match or series, depending on the severity of the abuse.

- The use of any hacks, exploits or any other illegal programs are not allowed. Any team that violates this rule will see immediate disqualification from the tournament and will forfeit their future matches.

- Teams are expected to be available on the day of competition, online and in the provided servers during the set-up time

- Teams have 15mins from after the scheduled start time to field a team of 7. If they cannot, they must play with at least 5 players. Once again, if they cannot, it is then up to the opposing team to decie if they wish to play out the match, or they can collect the win on that map and then proceed onto map 2.

- Teams are expected to fully be in the Bittah Mumble server in their own team channel at time of their match.

- Prizes are per team, and will be given to the captain. It is then up to the captain to distribute the prizes amongst the team fairly
