Job Title : Application Specialist / Application Manager
Job Description :
Conduct training for field personnel and Customers on analysers.
Carry out demonstration on products (Instruments, reagents and services).
Trouble shoot both reagents and Instruments problems.
Training to customers on our products and services.
Joint working with field staff.
Carry out product promotion activities for reagents, controls.
Provide technical inputs to sales team.
Follow the SOP for training protocols.
Collect training certificate in 1st week.
Evaluate training conducted with the customers.
Put efforts to covert demos into orders.
Spend quality time with customers to avoid frequent visits.
Provide feedback on quality complaints and facilitate for replacements.
Continuous learning and upgrade on product knowledge and features.
Desired Profile :
Education : B.Sc / M. Sc - Bio-Chemistry, Microbiology
Experience : 2 - 7 years
Skill Set :
Candiate should be from IVD industry.
He should be very good in conducting demonstrations , trainings and troubleshooting.
He should be technically very sound and should have good communications skills.
