Job Description :
Works closely with primary trainer to establish goals and objectives for sales and service performance
Learns to implement strategic work plans for completing sales and service calls with new and existing customers in order to meet goals and objectives, appropriately adjusts plans and schedules to accommodate changing priorities and urgent requests
Learns to prepare compelling service reports during every service call at a plant and merchandise the value delivered and documented in the service report
Secures product and equipment sales in new and existing customer operations
Completes and manages internal and external documentation including, business plans, service reports, progress reports and project plans
Initiates formal and informal business reviews with appropriate customer contacts
