Does anyone have a magic technique for doing a relatively quick rear wheel swap?

Swapping between the trainer wheel and normal wheel is kind of a pain. I always shift the RD to the smallest gear, remove wheel, no real problems.

I'm looking for any tips to getting the new wheel situated preferably without touching a greasy chain? The main place I struggle is getting the chain back on cassette so that I can put the wheel in the dropouts. The added challenge is that I don't have a repair stand, so I need to hold either the bike or the wheel, leaving me one hand. So far the only way I've found is to just grab the chain and drop it on the cassette but that's a bit greasy.

Any suggestions?
