Collas Crill, an offshore law firm with offices in London, Singapore, Jersey and Guernsey will merge with local Cayman Island firm Charles Adams Ritchie & Duckworth (CARD). The merger will be completed next year. In the Cayman Islands, CARD will be re-branded for a temporary period as Collas Crill & CARD.
Collas Crill Managing Partner Jason Romer indicated that the merger primarily suits their Asian clients, who want a dedicated service in the region, combined with their existing Channel Island presence.
Collas Crill will not change its brand outside of the Cayman Islands.
