Yes I do relies that I re-mentioned? Stardock three times on the forum. (I do not get a kick back) I guess I missed something in all your rantings? I was forced to upgrade to Windows 8 and knew it was unpopular with the masses. I would never buy any Apple product so Windows is the only relevant alternative. Linux (a off-shoot of Unix) is too "hands on" for most people. I am only trying to help because Stardock helped me. I went from some (Ipod, smartphone, touchscreen) bull shit to regular windows in a wink of an eye. Everything is back to normal. EZ 4 me 2 use.
You didn't answer my question as to why you are downloading so much? Yes, I bought the DVD and still had to download some updated tweaks. But that only took a few minutes.
Years ago when there was ( BetaMax and VCR ) recording formats. I backed BetaMax because it had a better picture quality. But they were just like Apple is now. You had to do things the way they wanted. You were stuck with whatever they wanted, Play by their rules or do without. The VCR format was open to change and improvement. Anyone could use the format. The world loved that and now Betamax is only used by some TV stations. Everyone else uses the VCR format. Of course that's pretty much gone now too?
That's why I don't use Apple. I like to use what's popular because most others do and those who write software will try to write for the biggest profit! I hate to play that game because I like to be a rebel (I am a BIAB'er?) But what's popular (even if it's stupid ) is what sells and that's what they write code for (profit).
