I'm an expat Brit living in France. I'm making the move from extract to BIAB - so far I've done 1 BIAB batch during which almost everything went wrong! Does anyone use the Peco mash tun and boiler with a Ritchies bag ? My bag came undone and fell in... Has anyone encountered the same problem and found an answer?
