Quality Control Intel Analyst for the Vendor Reachback Cell designated to counter-intelligence (CI) support activities in order to identify and counter foreign and hostile intelligence collection efforts arrayed against USFOR-A, USF-I, USCENTCOM and Coalition Nations and provide timely and actionable force protection recommendations and intelligence to the commander; responsible for researching, developing, and presenting all source intelligence products at both the strategic and operational levels utilizing CIPR, NIPR, SIPR, JWICS, and other systems to research a variety of data sources. Daily duties included but were not limited to: conduct intelligence analysis related to counterterrorism and criminal activity related to Iraqi and Afghan commerce, research, develop and present all-source intelligence products at the tactical, operational and strategic level as part of an overall analytical team focused on vetting non-US vendors for organizational and/or financial ties to terrorism, insurgent groups, FISS, and mitigating their ability to gain access to US equipment, facilities, and personnel, perform all source analyses and apply knowledge of foreign military/insurgent systems; political, economic, and cultural conditions; military/insurgent planning and decision-making factors; and combat operations to ascertain the nature of foreign countries\\\’ or entities current and future military/insurgent TTPs and weapons systems developments, perform analysis through systematic, critical and intensive research directed toward development of new or enhanced knowledge of the area, subject, or system studied, including investigation to determine the nature, magnitude and interrelationships of events or occurrences and processes; to develop methodologies for investigating such events or processes; and to develop both methodologies and bodies of data of general applicability for use by others, provide CI analytical support to threat vulnerability assessments and CI operations.

Leading Petty Officer directly responsible for maintaining the Common Operational Picture (COP) and Theater Intelligence Picture (TIP); providing a near real-time depiction of U.S. Central Command area of responsibility (AOR) to include 27 countries in support of operations Enduring Freedom (OEF), Iraqi Freedom (OIF) and New Dawn; maintain and monitor the Global Command and Control Systems (GCCS), COLOSIUM 4.1, Solaris, Stoneghost, Multinational Coalition Force-Iraq, Command and Control Personal Computer (C2PC) and Radiant Mercury (RM) systems. Daily duties included: annually process an average of 38,000 reports and 813,000 intelligence base tracks into the Theater Intelligence/Common Operational Picture (TIP/COP); maintain and monitor U.S. and Coalition forces and threat tracks, monitor and report on both real world and exercise theater ballistic missile launches, create and maintain GCCS COP overlays depicting current orders of battle (countries\\\’ military inventory and locations), monitor and maintain GCCS COP Synchronization Tool (CST), Radiant Mercury (RM), and Tactical Receive Segment (TRS) communication channels ensuring data is processing and plotting correctly, attend and participate in COP working groups; conduct training of new personnel.

Senior Operations Intelligence analyst directly supervised nine personnel in the production of over 250 intelligence summaries/briefs, which provided embarked staff and U.S.S. Wasp Strike Group assets with uninterrupted situational awareness and tactical decision-making. Daily duties included, but were not limited to: create and maintain electronic databases that enabled warfare commanders to track over 60 high interest vessels (HIVs) during Expanded Maritime Interdiction Operations (EMIO); analysis resulted in over two dozen merchant vessel boardings and the collection of over 1,000 pieces of raw intelligence data, responsible for maintaining intelligence databases, libraries, and files, including over 1,000 classified documents/media products, as Combat System Training Team (CSTT) Leader, train junior watch standers and analysts using multiple personally developed intelligence scenarios, assembling and analyzing multisource operational intelligence; preparing graphics, overlays, and photo/map composites, providing input to and receiving data from various computerized intelligence systems both ashore and afloat, preparing and presenting intelligence briefings for various U.S. and Coalition warfare commanders, identifying and producing intelligence from raw information.

Lead Geopolitical/Terrorism Analyst and Subject Matter Expert (SME) for over 20 Middle East countries, directly responsible for the production and dissemination of over 50 regional intelligence products in support of 3 Carrier and Expeditionary Strike Groups and over 60 Coalition ships conducting operations in the COMUSNAVCENT AOR. Daily duties included: As Crisis Action Team Leader during the Israeli invasion of Lebanon, directly responsible for providing real time analysis and mission planning of Non-Combatant Operations (NEO) for 14,644 civilians from Beirut, Lebanon. Provide analysis and direct intelligence support to forward deployed naval assets in both the U.S. European Command and U.S. Central Command AORs, prepare and present daily intelligence briefings of the naval order of battle disposition of friendly and enemy targets, supervised a watch team responsible with terrorist related activities in the Horn of Africa. Develop threat assessments and capabilities studies of countries in the AOR, disseminate weekly estimate of significant intelligence issues affecting Coalition forces in the COMUSNAVCENT AOR.
