Using the Volunteer Management System (the system you use to record your Volunteer Hours and CEUs from the BCMG Website Members Page) for the HOME & GARDEN SHOW, THE HERB MARKET, & THE MONARCH FEST (summaries below and details on the VMS)!
Sign-in to the Volunteer Management System (VMS).
Look at the left hand column and click on “General Event Calendar”.
Go to the month/date for the event you are interested in volunteering and click on the time slot you prefer (you can change the month by clicking on the arrow by the month at the top of the calendar).
A page giving details of the event will appear.
Scroll down and you will see “Volunteer for Event” – click on that box and you’re done!
At the very bottom of the page you will see a list of all MGs who have volunteered. There’s also a box where you can save yourself a “Reminder!” If all the volunteer slots are filled, you will not be able to register for that date/time. Try another one!
