If you’ve placed an order and then changed your mind, the easiest (and least expensive) way to get a full refund is to refuse the shipment when FedEx shows up at your door. If you aren’t going to be home, leave a note on your door stating that you wish to refuse the package. If the package has already been delivered, please DON’T OPEN IT. Bring the unopened package to the local FedEx (or Kinkos/FedEx) office and tell the customer service representative that you wish to refuse the package and FedEx will return it to us. Once the item has been refused it can take 2-3 weeks to process your refund – please be patent, the process takes some time but you will get your money back.Missing Items / ShipmentsPlease track the progress of your order with the tracking information we email you. All missing shipments must be reported within 10 days of the delivery date as shown on the carrier’s site (usually FedEx). Missing items, while rare, happen occasionally. Please report any missing items within 10 days of receipt.
