Endurance International Group, a leading provider of cloud-based solutions for small and medium sized businesses, announced on last Friday a partnership with Google to get more American businesses online through Google's Get Your Business Online campaign.

Aiming at helping small business owners in the US establish their web presence, Get Your Business Online provides small businesses with a free domain name, free web hosting service for one year, and access to educational resources to drive their businesses to success. This campaign is powerful by leveraging the shared passion of both companies.

Since the campaign started in Texas in 2011, Google has partnered with several web hosting companies, including HostGator, to bring the online presence to more than 150,000 US based businesses.

"Get Your Business Online is a program that helps any business get online. Small and medium-sized businesses that are active online expect to grow 40% faster over the next three years than those that are not. We are thrilled to hear about the growth and success businesses have seen since getting their businesses online," said Scott Levitan, Director of Small Business Engagement at Google.

"The partnership is indicative of Endurance and Google’s shared passion to help small business owners harness the promise and the potential of the web. We want companies to be able to use all the tools available, so that they can thrive online and off," said Hari Ravichandran, Endurance CEO and founder.

Earlier this year, Endurance acquired Mojoness, an open network that uses an innovative marketplace technology to distribute design themes, code and scripts to open source application users, to provide new ways for small business owners to improve the appearance and functionality of their websites.
