I'm pretty sure that the entire english dub of the anime is on youtube. As for the movies... I don't like to point people toward illegal sources to watch them but they wouldn't be all that hard to find using google. There are 2 other movies that take place after the one that's on netflix.
In total though the anime and the movies cover the same bit of the story - the [[Golden Age Arc]]. If you don't want to read the manga then go for the anime since it's widely agreed to be more faithful to the manga and contains more scenes, characters, subplots, things like that. But the movies obviously have better animation.
If you wanna get the best experience of the series, go manga. If you don't want to read the manga, watch the anime. If you don't like the anime's animation, go for the movies.
