Our Club Manager Dave Elliott is leaving us after an amazing 23 years of service to the BSRA.
Dave is heading back to the UK where his son Matthew (now 16!) is now at school and where the rest of his extended family including his 10 grandchildren are!
It’s hard to summarize a period that long in a short post but during his time at the club Dave has been a major part of everything including RoseBowl Championships, PSA Masters events, Caribbean Championships, bar renovations, changes of staff, juniors coming through the ranks to be club pro’s and Presidents!, World Squash Championships, leagues, local tournaments, World Rugby Classic fun, quiz night fun, end to end walks, St. Baldricks Day shavings, Junior CASA events and now a pandemic!
Talk about seen it all…. Dave has definitely seen it all at this club, and we thank him for the hours and hours spent over all these years in service to our fantastic club.
Dave’s final day at work will be Wednesday July 29. We would like to throw him a massive party as he richly deserves but we are restricted by Covid regulations. Dave will be back in Bermuda for Christmas and if Covid is under control by then we hope to celebrate with him at the club.
