The BSRA is excited to announce we are moving forward with our staged reopening plan with the following changes effective Monday July 20.
· Door Fob access to the club will be reinstated allowing member access 24hrs/day
· Please note that the Kids summer camp is running through all of July and August from 8am-12pm daily on weekdays and we are still required to close the facility during those times to all members.
· Members must continue to SIGN IN on arrival and departure at the club using the contact tracing register at the front entrance
· Changing room and showers are open again however, we ask that members practice social distancing as much as possible and in the Men’s changing area please shower ONE AT A TIME as space between showers is minimal.
· The BSRA Court 5 Bar will now allow indoor seating. Please follow the guidance posted around the area and note sitting at the bar is not allowed and that masks should be worn when not seated at a table.
· The BSRA Gym is to continue operating as it has been with members allowed access as usual but we ask again please practice social distancing as much as possible.
All this is very exciting and we are taking very careful baby steps back towards our preferred way of operating. We ask that Members please adhere to the guidelines listed above and posted around the club.
Spot checks by the Department of Health are likely and a large fine or closure of our club would be disastrous at this time.
As per all earlier guidelines we advise members whilst we are making every effort to provide the best safety measures, that they use the BSRA Facilities at their own risk.
Please remember:
· Wash your hands
· Stay home if sick
· Keep your social distancing in place and
· WEAR YOUR MASK!
Finally, as we start getting back to normal, many of you will have received membership renewals recently.
We humbly ask that you support your club by maintaining your membership during this tough Covid19 period if you can. A motion to discuss the option of a free months membership will be discussed at a future SAGM.
