It has been so lovely after my month off to come back to so many enthusiastic entries for which i'd like to thank you all and of course my generous co-hosts for this challenge, Caroline and Ros... it also reminded me how much I love this challenge and just how many cook books and authors there are out there... it's an undiscovered country my friends and it's great that we can go exploring together.
