THE LOCALITY RATING: Hotel Realm is located in a funky little precinct a stone’s throw from Parliament House, Old Parliament House, galleries and cool new got-to-go-to restaurants.
THE VIBE RATING: Luxury, five star vibe, without the pretentiousness.
THE ROOM RATING: The room was huge, you don’t feel like you’re staying in a hotel, it’s more like sleeping in a glamorous penthouse. You won’t want to go home!
TOILETRY RATING: Appelles Apothecary toileries, heaven… great sizes so you don’t really need to pack anything skin/hair care related.
THE PILLOW RATING: Ridiculously good… and so many to choose from {as you can see from the pic!}
THE CONCIERGE RATING: After arriving early and having to race off to a meeting, Concierge sorted our bags to go up to our room!!!
THE BISTRO / BAR RATING: Whether you stay at Hotel Realm or are just passing through Canberra you need to visit Hotel Realm’s Buvette Bistro & Wine Bar {below}. The bar has a great international luxe atmosphere, and they create the perfect Negronis. The bistro only uses the freshest, high-quality ingredients to deliver seasonal menus showcasing the best of locally sourced produce. Their menu spans from shared plates, charcuterie & appetisers, grills, all day dining and decadent desserts. There is something to accommodate everyone, at anytime of the day. Buvette encourages conversation in a sophisticated setting with a traditional Parisian feel.
