We are so excited to introduce you to our 2013-2014 Design Team! We are spending the first two weeks of October getting to know each designer and sharing a few of their DT submission projects. We just know you're going to love our new designers just as much as we do!
I'm Shellye McDaniel from just west of Texarkana, TX. Along
with my hubby and two of our three kids (the oldest is off to college), we live
on a small parcel of land dotted with oak trees and grazing cattle. I work
PRN as a labor & delivery nurse and the rest of the time I'm playing in my
craft room, riding the back roads in the ATV, watching my son play football or
taking my daughter to dance. I also enjoy reading, singing, trying new
recipes from Pinterest, camping, antiquing and flea-marketing and teaching classes.
I am so excited to be on the Bella Blvd Design Team for a second term and look
forward to a new year of crafting with all of you!

Hi!! My name is Patti Milazzo and I live with my wonderful family
in southeastern Pennsylvania. Joe and I met in college and have been
married 19 years and have two incredible kids – Sheridan (17) and Alexander
(12) – who keep our hearts full and our lives busy. I’ve kept journaled photo
albums since I was in high school, but started traditional scrapbooking shortly
after my daughter was born. It all started when I came across a scrapbook
magazine in my local craft store. Instantly, I was head over heels with
the creativity put into every page. I knew it was something I wanted to do with
my photos, too! My style is a mix of layers, details and color. I
usually opt for single page layouts and I love to create cards and other fun
paper projects. I have been published often over the years and have worked
with various manufacturers since 2004. I wouldn’t consider designing a job
though so much as a way to fund my crazy addiction to paper and more recently
my love of fabric, too! I feel so fortunate to be joining the Bella Blvd team
this year! One of the things I love most about them is that their paper
and embellishments can be mixed and matched across collections to create any
project for any theme….the possibilities are endless! In addition to Bella, I
also currently design for Therm O Web Adhesives. Beyond crafty things, I love
to cook, bake, read, chase my family around with my camera, travel, volunteer
my time to support our school’s music programs and I’m very much a coffee
addicted home body when our lives allow us to slow down a bit. All in all …
life is very good!

My
name is Nicole Nowosad and I proudly live in Winnipeg, Manitoba Canada with my
husband and three kids that keep us very busy. When I am not running to school
parent council meetings, dropping my daughter off at dance or cheering at my
boys soccer and baseball games, I am holed up in my craft area working on a
project. Scrapbooking must be in my DNA, as my father scrapbooked my parents
honeymoon many years ago, and so it was meant to be for me! I have always been
interested in crafting all kinds, but when I was introduced to scrapbooking
over 15 years ago, I was instantly hooked and haven’t looked back since. I have
been lucky enough to have had my work published in several magazines including
Scrapbook & Cards Today, CARDS, and Scrapbook Trends.

Hello my name is Christine
Ousley and I am over the moon excited about joining the Bella Blvd Design team
as a fabric designer. I am a mother of three beautiful children, ages 2,
14, and 21 and the wife of an adoring and very supportive husband. I was an
elementary school teacher, with a speciality in technology, I am now a stay at
home mom. I live in Birmingham, Alabama and besides sewing, I am also an avid
paper crafter. Actually, it is scrapbooking and paper crafting in general, that
got me involved in sewing. I was seeing all of my favorite scrapbook papers
being turned into fabric and I just had to create something with them. So now,
my days are filled with sewing girls dresses and outfits for my Etsy shop as
well as scrapbooking and making cards. One of my most favorite tools, that I
use for all my creative needs is my Silhouette machine. It is so versatile and
one of those things that I would definitely take with me if I was stranded on a
deserted island. I love to learn something new every day so I am really excited
to share with you some of the things that I have learned through my favorite
projects using Bella Blvd products.
