Dear UFO teams, leaders and family:
I hope you know how much we love you all. I sent the following letter earlier and I guess I started a “scare” or “panic” about having to tighten or “change and even close” the UnFranchise meeting system and put restrictions on the back office. Several people responded confused and concerned. In one way that is a good thing or response because maybe people will start to take this matter more seriously and unite to stop the insurgence. I have expanded that section of the original letter below (highlighted below to make it clearer so everyone understands what I mean and you can prevent it).
It would only be necessary if the field does not stand up to the raiders and it would be done to protect YOU and your income and teams until those companies are legally stopped, shut down, or out of business. If the field takes a stand and stops their insurgence it would not be necessary so that is why I am communicating this openly to everyone.
One problem that we have is the Marketing Plan works too well! Yes, too well, because Upper level pins making 6 figures have so much volume coming up legs — that the insurgence erosion or atrophy of people and volume from the competitive attacks does not show or affect their checks. However, it is like a cancer and can spread and the same duplication that resulted in a solid residual income for 5 to 23 years, could reverse domino effect and rapidly reverse and disappear.
It is time to circle the wagon trains and fight back for what you believe in and your residual income and the UnFranchise System that supports it. That is why the upper pins need to get down in their organizations at the bottom in the basement with newer UFO’s building and the newer UFO’s or lower level pin levels need to CALL their senior partners and tell them and ask for help! If they do not immediately come to your defense and assistance — call Loren and myself and we will help you and deal with them. Here is my original message to the field…
Dear UFO’S AND MARKET AMERICA FAMILY:
It is time to stand strong and protect the UnFranchise System that has helped produce and sustain billions in residual income to average people who have become successful UFO entrepreneurs. If you will not stand for something you will fall for anything. To allow renegades, and people or companies that cannot build anything on their own attack something that was built on Loyalty, Integrity, Respect and Belief (heart and Love) is taking for granted the power of and purity of what one has.
When we take for granted what we have and value is when we are in jeopardy of losing it. They are viciously attacking your Market America family out of self-serving selfish motive, greed and avarice. They are doing it unethically and immorally in violation of agreements and commitments that allow for business to be conducted fairly in a civil world. They are predators and you have to protect yourself and your teams. It is an organized, systematic, well-orchestrated attack funded and supported by the deviant companies.
These companies are flawed and their programs are short sited using scam tactics and have the same characteristics of hundreds of companies that failed and left the participants holding the bag and out money. The worst part of it is the participants damage friends and lose credibility. That leads them to becoming a “MLM” junkie.
What is being done is unethical and illegal violates ethics and agreements that the system was built upon. The DSA has rules against it but they are not members. They would have never had access to or known the people they are proselytizing if it were not for the open system, back office (UnFranchise), the required training and certification program, The UnFranchise University major certified training and the NMTSS.
They would never have had the credibility from being promoted and never would have had access and they signed legal contracts to prevent what they are doing. They are blatantly violating those agreements and their fiduciary responsibility to protect UFO’s interest. Many of them got paid for training too under these agreements requiring a fiduciary role. The “opportunities” or “deals’ they tout are inferior to the MPCP and UnFranchise in too many ways to count or explain here and their weaknesses are in fact why the MPCP, Binomial Marketing and the UnFranchise was created (to solve these flaws and weaknesses).
Bottom line – mathematically they cannot result in more income -PERIOD. They are swindling people and luring them with sponsoring and recruiting bonuses which are clearly illegal (Look up Vemma which just got shut down by the FTC for the same thing). Why do they “jump ship” when they had a large residual income? They are offered signing bonuses or given “Legs or groups” that the company puts under them and also pays them transition money to raid the organization. How do we know – because they openly tell people and it is a common practice of scam MLM companies today! This is a new ploy or tactic or phenomenon in the MLM industry to attack companies.
The two companies that are currently doing this and targeting Market America are directly behind these efforts and strategies and directly involved and financing the effort, using corporate executives to contact MA people on the behalf of the former UFO defectors. It is an unfair trade practice and a tort called “interference with contracts” in law. Eventually we will prevail through the legal system but they work in the shadows and undercover in disguises, alter egos, efforts and alias names, third parties names and use social media tactics to contact and lure people into a conversation.
They think that this avoids solicitation but in reality they are broadcasting and advertising which is worse! It is easy to see who is involved or connected by befriending them or liking their post – it immediately tells you if someone on your team has been infected by the virus and you had better deal with it before the cancer spreads! By the time we win in court, unfortunately the damage is already done. They use insinuations and lies to get people’s attention. Often what they say is slander, libel, or defamation of character so if you simply document it or report it we can sue them and get injunctive relief. But you must get documentation with names and signed statements or recordings. Hear say is a waste of our time as we get hundreds of calls.
Team up with your senior partners and become the private eye. Remember that there have been over 300 companies try to copy our program or parts of it and failed AND over 1000 MLM “DEALS” HAVE COME AND GONE SINCE WE STARTED WHICH ARE NOW IN THE MLM GRAVEYARD. The MLM industry has been something we have distanced ourselves from (because we are not MLM) and because of what it has become. It is migratory crowd of raiders and MLM junkies that move from deal to deal and are always positioning themselves for the next deal and getting in with your people to take them elsewhere at your loss or expense. They have the 2 to 3 year plan too! It is called start over every 2 to 3 years because the company got shut down or went out if business or your people got stolen in the next migration or exodus to another deal, leaving a trail of destruction behind them giving the MLM industry a terrible reputation.
You ask “why don’t we stop it legally?” It is hard to do when no one wants to take a stand and produce evidence and facts and report them and turn them in. Many UFO’s simply let the fox in the hen house and turn their head. In fact we know for a fact that two of the defectors that we sued are violating the court orders not to compete or be involved in another company or to solicit any MA UFO’s or people. Everyone knows it but few will take a stand and chase down the evidence and proof needed like a detective or CIA agent. Sorry, that is what it takes. They outright are defying the court orders but it requires facts, documentation and evidence to go back to court and get them held in contempt. Many UFO’s are lied to by these defector renegades that are raiding and attacking your organizations and tell them they can be in both. They cannot be in both and solicit or be involved in a role in the NMTSS or UnFranchise system for good and obvious reasons. This is like a cancer that has to be cut out and removed by whatever means necessary.
We need your help. There has never been a situation like this in our 23 year history. Times have changed and they can get away with what they could not in the past. You need each other. Team up and work together to protect your group and to catch the deceitful, unethical raiders! It is your income and people and volume. You must protect your teams by educating them with facts and comparisons of marketing plans and opportunities so it is clear to them that what they offer is INFERIOR and DOESN’T HOLD A CANDLE TO MA. That is your job.
When you or your people are contacted or lured or “baited” to look or join, you must work to turn them around yourselves as a team. You are the frontline. Reach out to your senior partners for assistance. Do not call us with gossip or hear say. Chase down the facts. We need proof of their involvement, solicitation, UFO’s that are in both or jumped ship and work together. Who contacted them or recruited them. Too many of you are letting this happen or expecting us to somehow prevent it or stop it.
Circle the wagon trains! It is up to you to stop it by taking a stand, educating your people and inoculating them and getting the evidence and documentation (written statements, names, recordings) of anyone that is involved and tracking who got them involved.
The former Defector that are on the rampage on social media and calling down the genealogies, picking people off using false lures and using their past credibility in MA and then calling the up-line in MA that they took their people – “so you might as well look and get in to save your position with us” is outrageous! I am telling you that this is like being attacked by terrorist and YOU have to wake up and protect your own team and interest by stopping it at your level and reporting it.
Silence, or acquiescence, turning your head or saying nothing is letting them get away with it and is the same as condoning it. If you cannot take a stand and work with us in a united front to stop it; I may have to “shut down” or change and tighten up the UnFranchise system as we know it, for our and your own protection. What I mean is that the Certified training program, UnFranchise University Trainings, and the NMTSS open system and published meetings as well as the UnFranchise back office giving access to genealogies and information will have to be greatly restrictive and a closed system and we cannot have open meetings that people can end up raiding your or each other’s organizations.
There would need to be restrictions on the information available on UnFranchise.com and the back office regarding genealogies, volume and activity reports and it would make things more difficult requiring more personal management and checking like it was years ago. These are confidential, proprietary and trade secrets but the renegades have no respect for the law, ethics, or agreements and we cannot let them use access to such information to raid your organization Many of these people are attending trainings and meeting and behind your back and secretly getting to your people and trying to dissuade them from MA into their scan or competitive venture. So there renegades and raiders or bandits are using what has been our greatest strength to undermine us and attack us and it is becoming our greatest weakness. Our number one product has always been BELIEF. It is being put to the test right now, what do you believe and what do you stand for.
The only way to stop it legally ends up being the same way to stop it without legal recourse on the front line in the field. That is at the point of contact in the field, on the phone, in the text’s and emails social media or and at the actual meetings. Everyone has to be vigilant and on guard. People even snuck into World Conference to proselytize! When everyone is educated and inoculated and you all guard your group and stand up to these so called competitors and confront them — then it will stop because no one will listen and everyone will report them with documentation so at the same time we can take corrective action, terminate and take legal action against them and the companies that they are in a conspiracy with to violate and interfere with our contracts. You need to confront them face to face. Copy and turn in their emails, letters, text, SM post, and record their calls.

Thank you to those of you that have sent it in as it has made a difference, but we know that I the tip of the ice berg. Also we get a hundreds of reports and cooperation from some of you that validates this behavior and practice is wide spread and pervasive but the information is general or vague and not well documented. Specific. A written signed statement with names, dates, times, witnesses is necessary at a minimum. Recorded calls, copies if emails, texts, videos, pictures, and signed statements or affidavits are much better. If you do that and the practice will stop. If it doesn’t we will consider filing a class action suit with the field and even other companies in the industry that are affected and in a common class. It is time to take a stand against this despicable nuisance and destructive practice that damages innocent people that have worked hard to build a legitimate business and income that are supposed to be protected from these types of raids.
By no means are we trying to prevent competition. We are all for free enterprise and competition. We are trying to stop insurgence and the fox in the hen house! “Go do your own thing!” “Go start your own thing.” But we all know that they are incapable of doing it with new people or their own people. They think they can go after your organization and MA UFO’s that they would have never had access to or known if they had not been involved in the UnFranchise system and NMTSS and it only exist because they CONTRACTUALLY AGREED NOT TO DO WHAT THEY ARE DOING. In essence they have become mosquitos in a nudist colony and see all of these exposed entrepreneurial, dedicated trained readymade prospects to bite. Yes—they are gaining at someone else’s’ loss and they are taking income and food off of your table.
What are you going to do about it? We cannot stop it if you will not help stop it on the frontlines and step up to the plate and take action. CATCH THEM. STOP THEM. CONFRONT THEM. TURN THEM IN. FIGHT BACK BY PROVIDING DETAILS, FACTS AND WHO ELSE WAS INVOLVED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY. Call your upline Advisory Council member, an Executive Sales team Member, or a corporate sales team member! IF YOU WON’T STAND FOR SOMETHING YOU WILL FALL FOR ANYTHING.
Most importantly, educate your people about their tactics and why MA and The UnFranchise Opportunity and Marketing plan are far superior. We have the truth on our side. Know you the truth and the truth shall set you free! Spread the word!
