Sorry that they’re blurry, I’m the worst photo-editor in the entire world. 

I’m 5’8, and the top is April 20, 2012 when I weighed 212 pounds.  The bottom is April 9, 2013 where I weighed (and still do weigh) 175 pounds.  It was all lost through a lot of hard work in the weight room, some good time spent running the trails and being relatively mindful of what I ate.  I’m just getting started, and I’m just getting stronger.  I can squat 200# and am aiming for 250 by the end of the year.
