President Trump caused absolute chaos from the left when he claimed that “wires were tapped” at his Trump Tower bye investigators trying to prove he had ties with the Russians.

Terrible! Just found out that Obama had my "wires tapped" in Trump Tower just before the victory. Nothing found. This is McCarthyism!

However, If you remember correctly, during the ‘General Flynn” ordeal, The New York Times, McClatchy, BBC and CNN ALL reported wiretapping during that particular investigation.

Here’s the proof:

CNN reported:

The calls were captured by routine US eavesdropping targeting the Russian diplomats, according to the intelligence and law enforcement officials. But the officials said some of the content of the conversation raised enough potential concerns that investigators are still looking into the discussions, amid a broader concern about Russian intelligence-gathering activities in the United States.

The officials all stressed that so far there has been no determination of any wrongdoing.

FBI and intelligence officials briefed members of the Obama White House team before President Barack Obama left office about the Flynn calls to the Russian ambassador, sources said.

Well, the case into Obama for ordering ‘wiretapping’ on the then President elect Donald Trump just took a wild turn.

Legal watchdog, Judicial Watch, just announced they will be suing the CIA to get access to records about the investigation into former Trump Administration National Security Adviser, Lt General Michael Flynn.

Among the items Judicial Watch is suing the agency for is the surveillance of then-candidate Trump and his key advisers during the campaign. These records will also indicate if Donald Trump’s allegations of being ‘wiretapped’ are true.

Just a recap…after learning meeting with the Russian ambassador Sergey Kislyak that Flynn had not previously disclosed, Donald Trump respectfully asked for Flynn resignation due to a “loss of trust” within the administration.

According to sources, a transcript of the conversation made the rounds to six different people, according to retired Lieutenant Colonel Anthony Shaffer.

As Independent Journal Review reported, Shaffer blamed the Obama administration for the leaked transcript:

“I lay this at the feet of John Brennan, and Jim Clapper, and I would even go so far as to say that the White House was directly involved before they left in the form of Ben Rhodes and those folks.

Let’s be clear on this. I’d watch this very carefully, the coverage. When you have NBC reporting that they’ve talked to 6 officials who have seen the transcript, someone is basically giving away both the methods — the fact that they read a communication that was intercepted by sensitive methods, and more importantly, that they’re saying that they saw this information which was beyond ‘Top Secret’.”

Judicial Watch president Tom Fitton says Trump is right to be concerned:

“President Trump is on to something. The Obama-connected wiretapping and illegal leaks of classified material concerning President Trump and General Flynn are a scandal. Judicial Watch aims to get to the truth about these crimes and we hope the Trump administration stands with us in the fight for transparency.”

But the CIA isn’t the only ones they are after. The Judicial Watch also is bringing Freedom of Information Act-based lawsuits against both the Department of Justice and the Treasury Department, in order to get straight facts of the ‘investigation.’

“[R]elated to the investigation of retired United States Army Lieutenant General Michel [sic] Flynn’s communications with Russian Ambassador Sergey Kislyak (Judicial Watch v. Central Intelligence Agency et al. (No.1:17-cv-00397)). (The National Security Agency refused to confirm or deny the existence of intelligence records about communications between Gen. Flynn and Amb Kislyak.)”
