Braun Cool Tec Shaver Review
Something a little different – one for the boys! I’ve been sent one of the new Braun Cool Tec Shaver gadgets to give it a road test – and no, I haven’t developed a sudden bout of extreme facial hair, I have passed this along to my fiance to get a mans perspective. He’s a man of many words… apparently apart from when I get him to describe the shaving experience with this new gadget. But in typical boy fashion, his review is below.
“I’ve always preferred manual shaving over electric shavers after I had a a bad experience with a cheap one when I was younger that basically tore my face apart! As a result I’ve been a bit wary of the electric variety ever since. But Jen convinced me to give this one a go and it’s definitely the best electric shaver I’ve used – and very different to the one I tried years ago. The cooling effect is really refreshing and leaves my skin feeling nice. It’s quick to use and the battery seems to last pretty well so far. I don’t think it will totally replace a manual shave for me – but I’m doing a cycling trek in Vietnam and Cambodia in November and know this will come in very handy then as I know it will last the trip – unlike a manual razor that would go blunt. So for travel and an easy shave this is handy to have – and has changed my view on electric razors from my last go with them.”
