BARBARA MORALES: Barbara Morales, is an independent REALTOR® with Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Gallo Realty located in downtown Rehoboth Beach. Barbara spent 10 years as a Contract Specialist and negotiator at America Online (AOL) giving her the expertise to assist clients through the legal maze of purchasing real estate and the added benefit of understanding how technology has changed the way people do business. As a native of the metropolitan Washington, D.C. area who fled to the slower pace and beautiful beaches of Rehoboth Beach, Barbara specializes in helping those new to Delaware make sense of the Rehoboth Beach and surrounding resort real estate market.
JOAN WALLACE: Joan joined Barbara Morales Associates in 2011 after a long career in commercial real estate in the Washington DC area. She served as Sr. Vice President, Operations for the Mills corporation/Western Development where she had the responsibility of overseeing the day to day corporate operations of these two dynamic real estate development firms.
Joan started coming to Rehoboth Beach in 1978 and bought a second home here. “I always knew I would end up living here full time due to my love of the area” and finally decided the time had come to do just that in 2011. She switched over to the residential side of real estate and joined Barbara Morales Associates due to Barbara’s outstanding reputation in the area and her insight into the future of real estate in Sussex County.
FRANK ALBANY: Frank is passionate about real estate and customer service. After 25 years in corporate executive positions and, most recently, six years as a senior director for Under Armour, he understands the importance of making sure the details are correct, that all customer needs are met, and the sense of urgency and timeliness that is inherent to real estate transactions. “The transition to my new role in real estate sales was an easy one and a natural fit. My commitment to my clients is simple and non-negotiable. . . I will make sure that all your expectations are exceeded.”
TAMMY DOSTAL: Tammy joined Barbara Morales Associates as the team’s Communication Manager in 2014. She graduated from West Virginia University with a B.S in Marketing/Management and comes to the team with an extensive background in Project Management and Contract Administration.
Originally from Pennsylvania, Tammy remembers her first time seeing the ocean at 13 years old; she fell in love and had always wanted to move closer to it. So when the opportunity arose for her and her husband to move to Rehoboth Beach, Delaware in 2005, they couldn’t pass it up! Living at the beach has been a dream come true and being able to raise her two young sons here has been even better.
