Job Description / Responsibility
Leading Bangladeshi lifestyle retailer, AARONG is conducting a search for a senior level position who is business savvy, creative, has the leadership quality and confidence to add value in our organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage operations and formulate strategy of retail outlets to ensure growth on the basis of profit and ROI.
To increase overall customer satisfaction by ensuring quality service and maintaining standards.
Coordinate operations of relevant departments to ensure proper outlet functionality.
To maintain organizational values in all areas of outlet activity to achieve core objectives as a socially responsible organization.
Responsible for the day to day management of Outlet Managers and retail personnel to deliver operational excellence.
Manage new outlet opening program from location selection, negotiation, lease contract Interior layout, construction supervision, entire project management to inauguration.
Key Performance Area (S)
Maximize profit through effective operational and sales techniques and mechanism.
Create and increase business opportunity.
Ensure great customer experience in the outlets.
Smooth Outlet operations through effective and fair people management.
Retain potential staff, create future leaders and improve staff productivity through coaching, motivation and right direction for the organization.
Job Location: Aarong Head Office, Dhaka
Travel: Flexible to visit outlets/locations (inside and outside of Dhaka) as and when required.

Educational Requirements
Post graduate degree/ MBA major in Management/ HR from any reputed university.
3rd division/class/ CGPA below 2.0 in other academic examinations will not be considered.
Experience Requirements
8 to 10 year(s)
Additional Job Requirements
Experience: 8 - 10 years of proven experience in retail outlet operations with 5 years experience in managerial position by managing multiple/chain outlet operations.
Knowledge:
Hands-on knowledge in retail outlets operations
Human Resource management
Visual merchandising
Retail sales and marketing
Retail design and space management
Inventory management
Supply chain management
Profit protection
Skills:
Should have excellent communication skills with the great organizational abilities.
Should necessarily have the customer relation skills
Should have a very good sense of management and managing the things
Needs to be highly motivated towards the work
