Commercial Finance Manager
Program Responsibilities
* 1 week of induction training on the company�s culture, strategy and structure. In this phase, you will get exposure to our Management Team and you will meet with current and past SDP employees.
* This phase will include induction training on the front office where you will gain a thorough understanding of the roles of each department within the commercial organization and their interactions with each other as well as field sales training where you will gain field experience in order to understand the Labatt Sales Process as well as every day operations.
* Exposure to senior leaders throughout the training period.
* First position is an entry-level position within the sales organization, at conclusion of training, for 18-24 months
