What you would do:
You are a Multi Tasker extraordinaire who is energized by a fast paced, ever-changing work environment. Reporting to the Director, Human Resources, Retail Operations, you will support the Regional Vice President and 8 District Managers with the strategic and day to day HR needs of 78 Retail Branches (and growing). As you provide leadership and coaching to a team of Human Resources Consultants, and Regional Trainers you will drive the successful communication, implementation, development and maintenance of HR processes and programs. You will support the planning and implementation of any new HR initiatives as required, and monitor, measure and report on results of initiatives, post implementation to ensure successful delivery and execution supporting the spirit of continuous improvement in HR. You are the driver of ongoing skills and talent development in the field through the identification and implementation of formal and informal training programs.
