As a Management Trainee, you will be placed into a rigorous Learning While Working training program that will expose you to every aspect of our retail business.

You will have the opportunity to be certified as an Assistant Store Manager and Store Manager, with the long-term vision of managing your own Kal Tire store location.

The Requirements: Your A Game.
As the ideal candidate, you are a Secondary or Post-Secondary School graduate with a minimum of three years of sales and managerial experience. You are a natural salesperson. You are Persistent; you do not give up easily. You understand and appreciate hard work. You have a strong passion for people and understand the true value of good customer service. You have the patience and drive to learn our core business from the ground up and to become an expert. You have experience leading and managing people; you foster a team-based mentality.
