Welcome! We are looking forward to having your child attend our Kindergarten and begin their educational journey in our district. We are proud of the educational environment and programs we provide to your child. We look forward to working with you in a collaborative approach to meet your child’s education needs and to having you be an active part of your child’s education.
If your child will be 5 years old by September 30, 2015 and you are a resident of the Brecksville-Broadview Heights City School District (BBHCSD), you are invited to register your child for Kindergarten. Please take the time to read all the information and complete all the forms included in the registration process.
Registration will be a four (4) step process:
Step 1: Pre-Registration: Pre-registration is an on-line process. It takes a few minutes of your time and will provide you with important information related to the documentation and forms you will need for registration. To pre-register click :

You will receive an e-mail confirming that you have begun the process as well as other important information you will need to know about registration.
Step 2: Download and complete the forms provided in the in on-line process. Please bring the completed forms along with a) your child’s original birth certificate, b) a valid driver’s license, c) proof of residency, and d) any divorce or custody documents you will be required to bring with you to registration. Details on the forms will be included in the confirmation e-mail from the on-line pre-registration.
Step 3: Come to the BBHCSD Central Office to register. The Education Center is located at 6638 Mill Rd., Brecksville, Ohio 44141. The dates of registration are as follows:
Wednesday, March 18, 2015 – 8:00AM-4:00PM
Thursday, March 19, 2015 – 12:00N-8:00PM
There are no appointments. If you pre-register and have the required forms and documentation, please bring them to the Education Center during the above listed dates and times to complete the process. It is not necessary for you to bring your child. In addition to the registration process, the school nurse will be in attendance to assist with any medical related concerns you have related to your child. Also, there will be an opportunity to sign-up for Kindergarten Screening that is scheduled for May along with sign-up for Safety Town and our optional All-Day Everyday Kindergarten Program (see the school web site for details).
Step 4: Once you have completed and submitted the forms, you will be e-mailed a registration code for our school information system; Infosnap. The Infosnap system is used to obtain needed school information of students each year so it may be familiar to you if you have other students in the district. Access to the Infosnap system will be provided on our district web site and once you complete the process, your child will be registered. (Please note that access to the Infosnap registration will be open February 18th)
