Following the creation of the Middle East/Egypt/India/Turkey region, we have a great opportunity for a HR Generalist to join the Middle East Team for one of our clients within the gas processing industry.
The HR Generalist will be responsible for the correct application of the Human Resource activities in the countries of scope (Middle East - UAE, Qatar, Egypt, Turkey, KSA) by providing advice, assistance and follow-up on company policies, procedures, law interpretation and documentation.
He/She will be in charge of coordinating payroll, immigration and legal requirements as well as participating in cross-regional projects. This role includes the complexity of an international and multi-cultural environment and all the opportunities and challenges a new and young entity can provide. Currently the workforce contains more than 20 nationalities.
This role will support commercial teams in the different countries as well as the Dubai (UAE) logistic facility activity and the client’s construction team in Jazan (KSA).

Job Description
This position is accountable for the following end results:
- Guarantee the implementation of the Corporate/Regional HR programs that support business objectives whilst being aligned with AP HR practices and processes within the region.
- Provides advice and influence ME leaders and managers on the HR and IR implications of business strategies in the different countries.
- Develop and update the different HR Policies & Practices according with each country’s legislation and business needs.
- Coordinate with the immigration requirements for the different countries in scope.
- In coordination with GBS HR and due to the OSAP nature of these countries, the HR Generalist will be responsible for the correct Payroll execution in the different countries in scope linked with the HR policies.
