Sales executives needed sell a company's products and services. Customers include corporate offices and facilities, commercial such like hotels & restaurants, international and non-government schools, retail showrooms and warehouses, semi government organizations.
The goal is approaching potential customers with the aim of winning new business and work hard to maintain good relationships with gained clients, gaining repeat business wherever possible.
The sales industry is target driven and as a consequence the work can sometimes be demanding and pressurized.
The services and products would be the following:
1. Interior design: full set of maps including 3D rendering.
2. Interior finishing: architecture works.
3. Interior finishing: electro-mechanical works.
4. Furniture: office, hospitality projects and custom design furniture.
5. Wood Works: Interior decorative.
6. Steel structure warehouses: Engineering designs & construction.
7. HVAC: Engineering design & construction.
8. Electrical: Engineering design & construction.
9. Safety & security systems: firefighting, fire alarms, CCTV.
10. Parquet floors: Supply and installations.

Responsibilities
• Business to business (B2B);
• Business to customer or consumer (B2C).
Typical activities for sales executives generally include:
• Excellent accumulated business relationships with prospective customers in the Interior fit out field to generate new profitable projects for the organization’s products/services.
• Plans and organizes personal sales strategy by maximizing the Return on Time Investment for the territory/segment and share it with MD.
• cold calling to arrange meetings with potential customers to prospect for new business;
• Reports directly to the company MD on weekly basis.
• Participating the negotiation on price & terms of projects until closing sales;
• Creating a data base through gathering information about market and customer;
• Attending sales meetings every Thursday, reviewing your own sales performance, reviewing sales target achievement & sharing best practice with colleagues.
• Work on a commission-only basis is also available, which means working without a basic salary and having an income based entirely on sales.
