Job Title: Body Technical Trainer

Automotive Paint Trainer is to play an active part of in a team of dedicated Toyota and Lexus Technical Trainers in successfully providing Body Training programmes as required by Al-Futtaim Motors and Toyota Motor Corporation, underpinned by the TMC Body TEAM concept and Toyota Production System.
To meet core KPIs in Body TEAM competence certification. Reporting to the AFM Group Technical Lead Trainer the role will cover the development and implementation of a blended learning approach covering training needs analysis, programme development and impact measurement.
To work with Technical Training Administrator to develop and monitor the annual training plan and scheduling for all Body Training.
Description
* Deliver engaging Body training to ensure that all distributor and company policies and procedures are adhered to, in line with Academy quality standards.
* Create and encourage positive, energetic, memorable and productive learning Environments for all delegates/participants.
* Complete on-going Self-assessment of training programme content and delivery, to promote continuous improvement.
* Support the Co-ordination and monitoring of all distributor training, to ensure Brand and distributor compliance.
* Contribute to the analysing of standard performance reports, operational non-compliance and execution of structured action plans.
* Ensure active promotion and continuous improvement of staff and customer engagement activities.

JOB CONTEXT:
* Responsible for delivering and managing all components of delegate progress through to certification.
* Arranging and conducting competency testing.
* Arranging and invigilating Examinations
* Developing and updating training courses and material.
* Maintain learner records and update reporting details, with emphasis on protecting learner & customer data.
* Maintenance and development of training aids, workshop facilities and equipment.
* Actively promote a safe and clean working environment in accordance with current legislation.
* Actively promote equal opportunities and diversity in accordance company policy avoiding discrimination
* Manage training needs analysis of retail market and advise according to market trends and distributor guidelines.
