• Promotes WOW FACTOR design contract.
• Showroom Display & Presentation
• Preparing Furniture, Accessories, Lighting, Ceiling, Flooring, Wallpaper, Curtain Layouts.
• Select, Prepare and supervise all presentations prepared by Interior Designer Sales Team.
• Monitoring & Achieving Monthly Showroom Sales Target.
• Adhering and implementing MD's Instructions and Guidelines with regard to Marketing and Improving Sales
• Developing Customer Base.
• Monitoring and updating the Mailing List
• Organizing and co-coordinating Sales & Promotion Events.
• Training In-house Interior Designer Sales Team and Conduct meetings as when required to assure Showroom Sales Target is achieved.
• Preparing Bill of Quantities and supervising Projects.
• Must have knowledge of designer furniture, fabrics, leather and in touch with latest trends and fashion.
• Must be Expert in Auto Cad, Photoshop, Excel, and Word and other soft wares is an advantage.
• Updating sales Library.
• Updating supplier finishes
• Updating sample room, fabrics, flooring, wall paper,
• Updating and Modifying existing Templates used for Showroom Management and Client Presentation.
• Supervise price tags and ambiance sheets
• Client briefing & presentations
• Improving & updating All templates used for sales, presentations and communications
• Coordination’s of projects including supplier & site visits
• Monitoring “Flagship” stock of best sellers, must have collections
• Marketing, public relations and event organizing & supervising
• Attends to walk-in clients visiting our 16,000 sq. ft. showroom to promote WOW Factor Contract.
• Assists clients with their soft furnishing and interior design requirements.
• Attending and Resolving after Sales Issues.
• Prepare presentations in A-Cad and Photoshop.
• Attends site visits for taking measurements.
• Prepares quotations with full details in Excel format when required.
• Provides after sales customer service as per RBFD procedures and policies
• Follows ISO 9001 QMS standards.
• Should be willing to work 6 Days a week in shifts, 09:30 a.m. to 06:30 p.m. or 12:30 p.m. to 09:30 p.m
• Suggests creative solutions.
